I. Rules for Using Our Facility

(1) Introduction

This facility is located in a residential area. We ask for your cooperation in maintaining a quiet living environment.

(2) Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
• Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

(3) Going Out

The curfew at this accommodation is 10:00 PM.

(4) Trash Disposal

• Please dispose of trash in the trash bin provided in your room.
• Please separate trash into burnable waste, plastic bottles, cans, and glass bottles.
• Please do not dispose of trash at the outdoor trash collection area or in the vicinity of the property.

(5) Wi-Fi

This facility provides Wi-Fi for guests.

◆ In Case of Fire

• If you discover a fire, alert those around you by shouting and call 119.
• If a fire extinguisher is available, attempt to extinguish the fire in its early stages.
• If there is a risk of the fire spreading, evacuate immediately.

◆ In the Event of an Earthquake

• If you feel the ground shaking, take cover under a table or in a location away from furniture.
• Be careful of falling objects and do not rush outside until the shaking stops.
• Once the shaking has stopped, check the safety of the building and then move along the evacuation route.

◆ Precautions During Evacuation

• Be sure to turn off all power sources and open flames, such as cooking appliances and heating equipment, before evacuating.
• Evacuation route maps are posted throughout the facility; please check them and act promptly.
• If you take valuables with you, keep them to a minimum and prioritize safety.
• Please gather temporarily at a safe location (parking lot) near the facility.
