By law, accommodation facilities are required to maintain a "guest register" and to conduct "identity verification."

The information you provide and your identification documents will be used for guest register management and identity verification.

Uploaded identification documents will be stored on our platform and reviewed for management purposes.

* For children of high school age or younger, please also enter their name, address, and occupation ("Student").
